Required Parasail Forms

Flyers that are under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete both the Liability and Fitness Waivers. This can be done at the point of sale if both are present or via fax (866) 705-4412 with advanced notice. You can go to the links below and print these forms in advance or complete at our office. The parent or Guardian will need to contact us at (912) 655-2316 so that we can verify identity. In short we will need a copy on the fax of a drivers license along with the forms.

We are also required to see some type of photo identification at the time of purchase so please be sure to bring your ID with you.

Other than the paperwork you should have an exciting and fun Parasail Ride!

Capt. Mike's Dolphin Tours should be on your "Must Do" list while vacationing on Tybee. This is a "One Stop FUN Shop" from Parasailing to Jet Skiing, Fishing, Eating, and Kayaking. Stop for some food and drink at Cafe Loco before or after your adventure event.

I'm sure some people will need a stop at the bar before or after going up on a parachute for your Parasail Ride! (The insurance company prefers after)
